THE STUDIOS
There are four studios of 40 m² each.
Every studio has a sitting area, a double bed sleeping space, a kitchenette where you can also have your meals and a bathroom. All the studios have big verandas with a wonderful view to the swimming pool and the open sea. All of them have wooden veranda furniture.
Three of the four houses have a traditional wooden roof.
All of them are air conditioned, autonomous and independent.

THE MAISONETTES (two floor houses)
On the other side of the creek there are two buildings with semi detached two flour houses (maosonettes) each of which is 60 m² large.
At the ground-flour there are a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and big wardrobes while the other one has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The living room and one of the bedrooms have very big autonomous verandas with wooden veranda furniture. 
These houses have central heating, boiler, a fireplace and all the rooms are air conditioned.

In all the houses, both studios and two flour maisonettes (apartments), there is a convertible double sofa-bed. 
All the houses are furnished according to the traditional island style with wooden furniture, cupboards and staircases and iron beds. The rooms are painted in traditional colours and style. The exterior window and door frames have double windowpanes and are made of aluminum.
All of them are equipped with a safe, a color TV, telephone, fridge, oven, a double-hotplate cooker, a cooker-hood, a percolator, a toaster, good quality kitchenware, a hairdryer, a shower cabin etc.
The verandas are autonomous and independent looking at the swimming pool and the sea.
The parking lot is spacious and protected by a wall. The swimming pool is well equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and showers and they are free to use. Finally, there is an information desk for our clients’ best service.
The rooms are cleaned and the bed-linen is changed every two days.

ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES:
@ There is a four metres plastic speed boat available for fishing expeditions to Toukmakia isles or any other destination.
@ There are mountain bikes. 
@ There are exceptional trekking paths in the beautiful nature of Lesvos.
@ There is quick and easy access to Turkey.
@ There is an abundance of archaeological sites, monasteries, Greek mansions and innumerous forests which give visitors the opportunity for sight-seeing tours to get acquainted with Lesvos island. 
@ There are several traditional taverns with local ouzo and delicious gastronomic delicacies.
@ In addition, there is lively night life at Pirgi Thermis at a close distance from our complex, as well as at Mytilene, Skamia and Molyvos ( Mithymna) which are not very far as well.
