NEAKIDONIA is a complex of newly built, furnished houses on the eastern side of the island of Lesvos where the sun rises magnificently before the rest of Greece. 
It’s a resort where peace and quiet prevails. The view of the Aegean grand blue is unique and it’s interrupted only by picturesque promontories and the small rocky islands-miracles of nature- called Toukmakia, the best fishing spot on Lesvos if you’re keen on fishing with a line or a trotline, as well as, one of the most idyllic places for swimming.

The fishing village of Nees Kidonies, where our resort is located, is twenty kilometers away from Mytilene, the capital city of Lesvos and the major port of the island, and twenty-seven kilometres away from the airport. It is part of the Municipality of Thermi (6 Km) while the complex itself is 8 Km away from the monastery of Saint Raphael and 15 km from the monastery of Taxiarches in Mandamados. 

The complex is built about 150 m away from the sea where a beautiful pebbled beach meets the crystal clear water of the Atgean Sea. There are plenty of picturesque, traditional, small fish-taverns in the area too. 

NEAKIDONIA is split into two sections by a small creek with stone built riverbed and banks, connecting with a small wooden bridge. On the one side of the creek there are four two-floor houses and on the other side four studios, a reception and information desk and a swimming pool.

The houses are stone built and in harmony with the traditional architecture of the island, fitting perfectly with the environment and the land morphology.
In front of the complex there is a private site of 3,500 m² part of which is used as off-road parking and the rest, soon, will be used as an organic vegetable garden for the guests’ needs.
